This one was the original South Karnataka soft Mysore Pak. The Mysore Pak was well and truly a melt in your mouth product, freshly prepared and soft. It wasn’t very oily and we could be cut easily into smaller pieces. It tasted well even after we stored it aside and ate it the next day.
